Strong margins are available for approved bricks-and-mortar dealers purchasing direct from us.
Margins are benchmarked against our online pricing and are available to approved stockists who provide pre-delivery inspection (PDI) and customer handover where required.
30-day end-of-month credit terms
Standard 30-day EOM credit terms are available, subject to status and approval.

We work with approved dealers to support sensible territory and product category allocation, helping to reduce local footfall conflict where possible.
Free display stands
Free display stands are available with an initial stock order of £1,000 per stand.
Point-of-sale materials
Free banners, posters and selected POS materials are available to support your in-store merchandising.
The level of POS support provided will depend on your order volume and promotional activity.
Free merchandise
Selected branded merchandise, including items such as caps, pens and mugs, is available.

Marketing support
Access a full range of marketing assets, including videos, product photography, banners and branded materials.
We can also provide selected assets with your logo added.
Sales-out promotional support
For approved retailer email campaigns, in-store promotions, open days and demo days, we can provide an additional 2.5% sales-out allowance, subject to prior approval.
Events and experiences
Approved retailers may receive invitations to selected motorsport and corporate events, including access opportunities to JCB World Headquarters, the museum and rounds at JCB Country Golf Course, subject to availability and prior agreement.
Monthly holiday voucher draw
For every £5,000 of spend in a calendar month, you receive one raffle entry into our monthly £1,000 holiday voucher draw.
For example, £50,000 of spend in one month earns 10 entries.
Loyalty points scheme
A loyalty points scheme for stock orders placed through the B2B portal is planned and will be launched soon.
Product technical training
We offer free product technical training days across a wide range of products at our Pembroke headquarters.
Product sales training
Free product sales training is available either in person at Pembroke or remotely.
Local show support
Show stock can be supplied at 50% off RRP for approved local events and trade shows, subject to agreement.
In-store merchandising support
When you come on board, our in-house sales support team can help set up your initial display stands and provide staff training, subject to opening order level.
Storage and fulfilment support
We can offer free storage and fulfilment for JCB or Hyundai stock through our state-of-the-art distribution centre in Newport.
Preferential rates for other brands
If you need support with storage and distribution for other brands, we can provide this from our Newport facility at preferential rates.
WMS integration and stock visibility
Our warehouse management system provides clear visibility of:

Daily automated email reporting is available.
Product image and marketing library
Approved retailers receive access to our marketing and product image library, including Hyundai and JCB power products.
Referral scheme
Refer another suitable dealer outside your trading area and earn 2% of their spend for the first six months.
For example, if your referral spends £50,000 in their first six months, you receive £1,000.
Winter Stock Programme
Our Winter Stock Programme is designed to help retailers secure stock early and improve seasonal planning.

Qualifying Criteria
To become a registered retailer, you must meet the following criteria:

Minimum monthly spend of £2,000 + VAT

Workshop capability for warranty repairs

Retail showroom with a minimum 4m display area for JCB or Hyundai products

for example, 2m wall display space and 2m floor space

Approved credit limit of £5,000

where credit approval is not granted, trading will be on a pro-forma / payment with order basis
